Proper Hip Alignment and Pain Reduction

• The hip and pelvic area is one of the more complicated parts of the body;
• There is a total of ten different muscle parts that attach to the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS);
• From those ten different muscle parts, there are seven different directions of pull;
• When we align the ASIS in the exact proper position, the pelvis is in a neutral position and all tissue around it becomes relaxed;
• This relaxation extends throughout the entire body, since the pelvis is the transmission of all forces from the lower to the upper body, and vice versa;
• The old style of balancing the pelvis is a complicated venture;
• It involves picking one of those ten muscle parts and massaging, stretching or strengthening it, then another and another;
• In theory, it seems this would be possible to accomplish, although time consuming;
• But by the time one muscle is finished, the other muscles have already started to compensate to bring the ASIS to another position - the process becomes futile;
• Clinical research has proved that it is much more effective to exercise the ASIS into position;
• By strengthening three muscle groups only, the ASIS can be returned to its proper position;
• These muscles directly control the position of the pelvis and once strengthened, the ASIS will remain in the neutral position, thereby allowing the entire body to decompensate and de-facilitate.
