Athleticism
Great athletes have all seven components of athleticism - speed, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and ambidexterity. Whether the athlete is a runner, cyclist, swimmer, diver, swinger, catcher, thrower, shooter, blocker, receiver, tackler, carrier.............they all benefit from these seven components of athleticism. Train one of these components more fully and the athlete improves. Train them all and the athlete improves exponentially.
