Q: Can I injure myself on The Rotex?

A:  As with any serious exercise machine or device, care must be taken to follow proper exercise protocols specifically designed for it.  Because a person is in such a stable and controlled position while using The Rotex, the possibilities for injury are extremely low, and as a matter of fact, non-existent in our history.  However, if you have anything other than a stronger and more relaxed feeling once using The Rotex, please contact us and we will make a recommendation. 

Q: Why does your machine make me feel like I have been stretched or massaged for an hour, after being on it for only a couple of minutes?

A:  A person actually strengthens muscles that support proper alignment of the pelvis and hip, while stretching muscles that cause improper alignment.  During the same exercise, they strengthen the core and release the fascia of the low back.  We know of no other exercise, stretch or machine that accomplishes all these at once. 

Q:  How long until I see real benefit from your machine?

A:  For most people, they feel immediate effects in pain relief, flexibility, mobility and performance.  With diligent use of The Rotex, following proper protocol, we have several cases of people reducing major compensation patterns in their bodies in less than six weeks - whereas previous to The Rotex technology, it probably would have taken years, if at all.  

Q:  In the past, I have tried every stretch, exercise, and treatment known to man.  Why have I never been able to get the same effect from using your machine for just a couple of weeks?

A:  Your answer is ROTATION against increasing resistance.  We are creatures of rotation, but have never done a worthwhile exercise IN rotation.  When you stand on the rotating wheel with all your weight on it, then rotate with all your might and hold your position for twenty seconds at a time, that causes your body to build strong/fast muscles.  When those muscles are heavily engaged, it will cause the body to immediately release compensations caused by opposite muscles. 

Q:  As a twenty year professional football player, I was skeptical - to say the least - about your machine.  Now that I have used your machine for a few of months, I jump on The Rotex for two minutes and accomplish everything I used to need for my warm-up that took upwards of thirty minutes before. My low back, hamstrings and glutes feel much looser and I feel like a younger man.  Please tell me exactly what The Rotex does so I can tell my teammates.
