These sports require maximum effort over a short period of time.  The Rotex helps the body achieve a more structurally advantageous position for powerful, explosive movements before exercise  - while aiding in recovery post exercise by helping to restore the body to neutral.

Performing the Internal Hip Rotation exercise before sprinting will release the hip flexors.  This assists the athlete in achieving optimal knee lift during the acceleration phase with much less wasted energy.  Of particular importance for all sports listed above is the Power Move.  This exercise will maximally engage the muscles of the hamstrings and glutes, especially pre competition - drastically reducing unnecessary warm-up time.

The exercises on The Rotex provide time effective and lasting training/event warm-up and recovery.  The athlete gets the feeling of a complete stretch and properly engaged muscles in a few minutes - which usually takes several more minutes of stretching, plus additional time warming up to achieve the same feeling.  Exercise on The Rotex brings the athlete to biomechanically efficient position pre training and returns the athlete to a neutral posture post training - thereby enhancing recovery.
